Callaway County agency to buy disinfectant foggers
CARES Act funds are helping clean up Callaway County. That's the goal, anyway, for the disinfectant foggers the county has purchased and made available for borrowing. by Helen Wilbers Oct. 15 2020 @ 12:05am.
The county asks people who borrow the machines to use only Danolyte disinfectant, in order to prevent multiple chemicals from mixing inside the machine and potentially producing toxic fumes.
Danolyte has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to SARS-CoV-2 on hard porous and/or non-porous surfaces. Therefore, Danolyte can be used against SARS-CoV-2 when used in accordance with the directions for use against Adenovirus Type 1, on hard, porous/non-porous surfaces. Danolyte Global, Inc. acquired the assets of the Italian company Duedi, Sri in January 2015, which included proprietary technologies and intellectual property concerning the manufacture and application of anolyte generating equipment. Recognizing the high demand prospects for the solutions offered by this technology and the challenges of meeting that demand, the company undertook design improvements to allow for highly scalable production.
